Please ensure that District of Elkford garbage containers are stored in your garage, shed or basement between collection days. Don’t bait bears into your backyard with garbage and other attractants (pet food, dirty BBQ’s etc..). Bear proofing your property will result in a cleaner and safer community for both people and bears.
